‘Snoop Dogg’s Hood of Horrors’ Gets November Release

Xenon Pictures’s Snoop Dogg’s Hood of Horrors, which recently played Montreal’s Fantasia festival, will hit theaters November 4, according to Fangoria. Current plans call for the film to debut in 30-50 theaters in major U.S. markets, with the release expanding over the subsequent weeks. Prior to this, the film will open LA’s Screamfest event, which runs October 13-22 at Mann’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood. ‘Hood of Horror’, directed by Stacy Title and co-scripted by 2001 Maniacs’ Tim Sullivan, is an anthology hosted by rapper-turned-actor Snoop and containing three tales of urban evil and the supernatural.
