Victor Crowley’s House Erected in ‘Hatchet 2’ Behind-the-Scenes Pic
UPDATED with a new image! I know some sites constantly forget to share a link with you, so make sure you lock down writer-director Adam Green’s official Twitter page as he’s started to reveal all sorts of goodies from Hatchet 2, which us now in pre-production for a January Los Angeles shoot. Beyond the break you’ll find an early look at Victor Crowley’s (Kane Hodder) home being constructed from behind-the-scenes. The sequel follows Marybeth as she escapes from the clutches of Victor Crowley, learns the truth about his curse, and heads back into the haunted New Orleans swamp to seek revenge for her family and kill Victor Crowley once and for all…“Victor Crowley’s house is coming to life. Oh, the gore that lurks inside!” writes Green.

Christopher Landon (Happy Death Day, Freaky) is staying busy here in 2024, directing not only the werewolf movie Big Bad but also an upcoming thriller titled Drop.
The project for Blumhouse and Platinum Dunes is being described as a “fast-paced thriller,” and Deadline reports today that Violett Beane (Truth or Dare) has joined the cast.
Newcomer Jacob Robinson has also signed on to star in the mysterious thriller. Previously announced, Meghann Fahy (“White Lotus”) will be leading the cast.
Landon recently teased on Twitter, “This is my love letter to DePalma.”
Jillian Jacobs and Chris Roach wrote the script.
Michael Bay, Jason Blum, Brad Fuller and Cameron Fuller — “who brought the script in to Platinum Dunes” — are producing the upcoming Drop. Sam Lerner is an executive producer.
THR notes, “The film is a Platinum Dunes and Blumhouse production for Universal.”
