Industry buzz tells Bloody Disgusting that Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures are in pursuit of both Willem Dafoe (Spider-Man, Odd Thomas, American Psycho ) and Rob Kazinsky (Red Tails) for roles in Guillermo del Toro’s Pacific Rim. Dafoe is now in talks, while Kazinsky is officially signed on.
Neither are signed nor in heavy talks yet.
They’d join previously announced Charlie Hunnam, Charlie Day, Idris Elba and Rinko Kikuchi in the flick arriving in theaters July 12, 2013.
