BAFTA-nominated Tom Harper (The Scouting Book for Boys, Misfits) is gearing up to direct The Woman in Black: Angels Of Death, the sequel to horror smash The Woman in Black, starring Daniel Radcliffe, that was adapted from a Susan Hill story. The plot revolves around Eel Marsh House four decades after original.

Penned by Jon Croker, “Seized by the government and converted into a military mental hospital during World War II, the sudden arrival of disturbed soldiers to Eel Marsh Harsh has awoken its darkest inhabitant. Eve, a beautiful young nurse, is sent to the house to care for the patients but soon realizes she must save them from more than their own demons. Despite Eve’s efforts to stop her, one by one they fall victim to the Woman in Black.

It will shoot likely next spring. Head inside for the art!

    Excited for this!

Nice, I surprisingly really like the first one, skipped it in theaters because I wasn’t all that interested, but I ended up buying the Blu. We need more classic suspence driven ghost stories. Good stuff.

  • Am i the only one who thinks the first one was utter crap?
