Of the myriad horror games releasing next year, few have as high expectations from fans as the follow-up to Amnesia: The Dark Descent, a game that’s considered by many to be one of the scariest of all time. It’s a terrifying game, so A Machine for Pigs has a fairly high bar to reach. Thankfully, it’s being developed by Frictional Games, the makers of the original game, and Dear Esther developer thechineseroom, so the talent’s certainly there.
So far, we haven’t really had the opportunity to get a good look at this game, but that’s only because they were saving it for today. What better time to sit down with an intensely scary gameplay trailer than Halloween? Check it out after the break.
