Anne Hathaway (pictured) will join both Ben Whishaw and Chris Hemsworth in Robopocalypse, the Steven Spielberg adaptation of Daniel H. Wilson’s novella, reports Empire. “If Robopocalypse happens I will be in it,” she tells Empire, “and I believe it’s quite real, though you never want to hang your hat on anything.” Penned by Cloverfield‘s Drew Goddard, the plot explores the fate of the human race following a robot uprising.
TheWrap reports that Eric Bana (Hulk, Star Trek) is in talks to star in Beware the Night, a paranormal police thriller to be directed by Sinister and Exorcism of Emily Rose‘s Scott Derrickson. The story follows a New York police officer investigating real life demon possessions, exorcisms and
werewolves. Derrickson also directed The Day the Earth Stood Still.
