Stan Lee, who was a headlining guest of this weekend’s Amazing Arizona Comic Con, has been forced to cancel his appearance because he is “physically unable to travel”. Nobody wants to think about it, and hopefully it’s not the case, but it’s possible that Stan Lee may be ill again.
Stan Lee is 90-years-old, and canceled two prior public appearances in September, which lead to him having a pacemaker installed.
If you were planning on hitting up the con, you can still get a refund of some sort if you bought a Stan Lee Photo Ops or Stan Lee Packages. The details are still being worked out. The event launches off Friday at the Phoenix Convention Center.
