According to WTVR, Lamb Of God singer Randy Blythe’s trial in the Czech Republic has been delayed due to a key witness for the defense being ill. A witness will testify Thursday but the trial will then be put on hold until Mar. 4th. During that time, Blythe will be returning home to the United States. Blythe states that he will return to Prague to continue the trial.
Blythe is on trial for the death of 19-year old Daniel Nosek, who died after sustaining injuries at a Lamb Of God show in Prague in 2010. Blythe is charged with manslaughter and faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
