The character Angela, who has been the topic of a long legal battle between Neil Gaiman and Todd McFarlane, is set to reappear in the Marvel Universe. After the “Age Of Ultron” series currently running, Angela will become a member of Guardians Of The Galaxy for at least a 5-issue stint. The real kicker is that the series at this point will be co-written by Brian Bendis and Neil Gaiman, marking his return to Marvel Comics.
At this point, we’re not sure if Gaiman will continue after the 5 issues, but we imagine Angela will be sticking around in the Marvel Universe given all the legal troubles they went through to acquire the rights to her character. Angela originally appeared in “Spawn” #9, so if you’ve got a copy, hold on tight.
