HIS NAME WAS JASON was already pretty decent. we’ll see how this one is i guess.

If it’s as in-depth as their Elm Street doc was then it should be awesome. His Name Was Jason was fun but pretty lightweight.

I really dug “His Name Was Jason”, because Savini was such a goofball host. I wonder if this new doc will approach the series in a more traditional serious manner. Hopefully they won’t dedicate more than a minute or two towards the TV series, though.

You lot really need to see Never Sleep Again. Yes, it will be serious but it will be fun. They’ll cover everything as the title suggests in chronological order. I did not care for His Name Was Jason at all, very lightweight on info like TwistedCritic said and the structure was random.

I will definitely have to check this out!

no doubt it will have that ass-bag Ari Leihman on it at some point acting like he made such a huge impact. Enough with the “first jason” talk Ari, we get it.

    • Ravinus

I take it you follow Ari pretty closely?

  • ThunderDragoon

    Oh hell yeah!

looking forward to that, i really like the “his name was jason”. Havent seen the “never sleep again”though, good to know it is pretty good.

Never Sleep Again is absolutely wonderful. His Name was Jason was a neat little bit, but it was definitely light on material as TwistedCritic had mentioned. Really looking for to this documentary!
