‘Grave Encounters’ Directors Prepare For ‘The Vistors’

And with a new Independence Day on the horizon, the future looks to be loaded with “darker” alien-themed movies.

Freddie Stroma (Pitch Perfect, and up next is The Philosophers) will star in The Visitors, the indie feature written and to be directed by The Vicious Brothers (Grave Encounters), Deadline reports.

The film is a dark and edgy sci-fi thriller that revolves around a group of friends on a weekend trip to a cabin in the woods. There, they are terrorized by alien visitors who definitely have not come in peace.

Randy Manis, Kim Arnott, Shawn Angelski, and Martin Fisher are producing and filming is set to start up at the end of June.

Grave Encounters meets Altered? I would be happy if this ends up on par with those movies.
