Owl Release Music Video For “Destroyer”

Owl, the new band featuring The Cult bassist Chris Wyse, has released an official music video for “Destroyer”, which was originally recorded by The Kinks. Wyse tells Noisecreep, “‘Destroyer’ is a great high energy song that is a ton of fun to play. The Kinks classic felt like an Owl song to us, so it was a perfect fit to cover. The performance clips in the video really capture our personalities and the spirit of the song. We had such a blast shooting it.

The clip mixes performance footage with a narrative of a guy getting yelled at, slapped, shoved, and more, by a female companion as well as footage of the guy in a giant robot outfit (which looks suspiciously like cardboard).
