This week’s issue of EW features a trio of stars from the forthcoming fourth season of AMC’s “The Walking Dead”.
We’ve added the covers below, while we also have a taste of new showrunner Scott M. Gimple teasing the series’ “new threat.”
“The new threat is something you can’t just stab in the face,” Gimple says. “You can’t talk sense to it. You can’t make a truce with it. It’s beyond all that. It would be a threat in any world, but in this world it is much more terrifying.”
If I had to guess, M. Night Shyamalan’s The Happening takes place in the same world as “The Walking Dead”, and this new threat is the wind (clearly, I’m joking).
“The Walking Dead” returns this October to AMC.
