Those who attended the San Diego Comic-Con were blessed with Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary’s “Godzilla Experience,” a warehouse transformed into the top floor of a Toyko complex where attendees come face to face, literally, with the big green monster!

Photos of the event have been released, but nothing from the “top floor,” where Godzilla makes quite an appearance.

Thanks to Bloody Disgusting reader Joe K. we have a link to leaked footage of the “encounter,” which gave me serious goosebumps. Seriously, watch this as soon as you can before Warners pulls the plug off YouTube.

An epic rebirth to Toho’s iconic Godzilla, this spectacular adventure pits the world’s most famous monster against malevolent creatures who, bolstered by humanity’s scientific arrogance, threaten our very existence.

In theaters May 16, 2014.

very cool! Godzilla’s look is pretty darn good!

That was an awesome video. Glad they didn’t give Godzilla another facelift; love the classic look.

I have everything crossed to ensure this movie will be awesome. Everything crossed. People are starting to look at me weirdly now. 🙂

so i’m one of the very very few who liked the 1998 movie but seeing this makes me wonder why they redesigned him so much back then? it was obviously very easy to make a CGI and acurate looking version of that original design. i guess they just changed him “because they could”.

but he definitely looks pretty cool there, and i love how they let people see him. i’m guessing it was a big screen behind those windows?

you’re not alone. I remember going to the original in the theater and LOVING it. I still love it. I don’t really get why people mock it. Sure it has Ferris Bueller in it but other than that…idk

glad was wasn’t movie footage cause that Godzilla would be way smaller than the poster indicates
