Are you prepared to be slaughtered? Actually, to be perfectly honest, it doesn’t matter if you’re prepared or not! The warty, overly muscular beasts known as GWAR have premiered a new song entitled “Bloodbath” through Vice along with an interview with singer Oderus Urungus. The track comes from the band’s upcoming album Battle Maximus, which comes out September 17th via Metal Blade Records.
Urungus states, “Bloodbath is a catchy little ditty straight from Scumdog City, with a sound reminiscent of past GWAR thrash-ter-pieces like Jack the World or Happy Death Day, yet completely different. It also features a ripping lead from new Scumdog Pustulus Maximus that is sure to melt your eardrums…lyrically it is a rumination on the inevitability of death for you mortals, and how you should not fear this…for death at the hands of GWAR is the most liberating experience you can ever have, especially in our Meat Grinder!”
Head on below to be bathed in blood!
