A new track from Nine Inch Nails‘ upcoming album Hesitation Marks has been released and it’s incredibly disappointing. “Everything” is a bubblegum electropop song that sounds like it was originally intended for some indie hipster group whose only claim to fame is that one of their tracks was used in a cellphone commercial. You can head on down to check it out if you want.
So far “Came Back Haunted” has won me over (although the official video did absolutely nothing for me) but “Copy Of A” hasn’t nailed it. Now with “Everything”, I’m beginning to worry a bit about Hesitation Marks, which comes out September 3rd.
