‘Outlast’ Review: Nowhere To Hide

In case you haven’t heard, there’s an indie horror game called Outlast that’s coming to Steam today. I hear it’s pretty scary. If you’ve already heard of it but you’re still on the fence on it, feel free to watch the video review of the game I have waiting for you after the jump. Don’t worry, it’s spoiler free.

Just a heads up: the following video contains footage that is most definitely NSFW.

Outlast is developed by Red Barrels, if you think you’re brave enough to take it on, you can buy it here.

Holy S**t! This totally looks brilliant! The jump scares are pretty cool and it seems a pretty hardore game. Finally, some good stuff! Can wait for 2014 in ps4 ^_^ I am going to put the surround sound to the max and play it with a massive led screen. Score! Curious though as to which one betwen amnesia and this, is the scariest! Bring it on ^_^

One recommendation, get a sufficiently powerful PC to review games. I’m seeing a lot of freezing in the action. If the PC isn’t the issue, get better video equipment/software.
