Arclight Films’ genre label Darclight Films has acquired Full Moon, an effects-driven horror movie, presumably about werewolves, to be directed by stuntman-turned-director Lauro Chartrand, reports Deadline.
It is set to go into production this year.
Chartrand was the action director of the Toronto Midnight Madness title Afflicted, and his credits as stunt coordinator include The Last Samurai, The Twilight Saga and Elysium.
Nastasha Baron penned the script, and production companies include DreamChaser Productions and Original Entertainment. Daljit DJ Parmar and Chartrand will produce, and executive producer is Jennifer Esquivel. Arclight is handling sales worldwide.
