Steven Wilson Releases Beautiful, Mysterious Video For “Drive Home”

Porcupine Tree mastermind Steven Wilson has been hard at work on his solo project, recently releasing his third album The Raven That Refused To Sing. Now the Blackfield collaborator is focusing on the upcoming released of Drive Home, a new 2 disc set that features unreleased tracks, official videos, live performances, and live recordings. The release, which comes out October 21st (22nd in N. America), is available for pre-order on Blu-ray+CD as well as DVD+CD.

Below is an official video for the title track “Drive Home”. The animated video is a tragic, melancholic ghost story and is wonderfully crafted. There is definitely an aged style to it that calls to mind the avant-garde animations of the 60’s and 70’s. Check it out below.
