[TV] Casting Begins For Season 2 of Netflix’s “Hemlock Grove”

In an afternoon news brief, Netflix has cast Madeline Brewer in Season 2 of Eli Roth’s “Hemlock Grove” following her memorable turn on the first season of the streaming service’s dark comedy “Orange is the New Black,” reports Deadline.

On “Hemlock Grove,” from Gaumont International TV, Brewer will recur as a graphic novelist entering the town.

Also starring Famke Janssen, Bill Skarsgård and Landon Liboiron, in the first season, “A teenage girl is brutally murdered, sparking a hunt for her killer. But in a town where everyone hides a secret, will they find the monster among them?

First season was a strange long trip, was a chore to get through the middle and finish – but had some memorable characters and a darn good werewolf transformation.
I will give the second season a shot too. If it is not a remake, I will do my best to support it.

I’m excited! Finally glad to hear some news about season 2. I’ve been wondering when they were going to start filming and getting cast together. I dug the first season, it was a bit slow to get started but after episode 2, I was hooked.
