In an afternoon news brief, Netflix has cast Madeline Brewer in Season 2 of Eli Roth’s “Hemlock Grove” following her memorable turn on the first season of the streaming service’s dark comedy “Orange is the New Black,” reports Deadline.
On “Hemlock Grove,” from Gaumont International TV, Brewer will recur as a graphic novelist entering the town.
Also starring Famke Janssen, Bill Skarsgård and Landon Liboiron, in the first season, “A teenage girl is brutally murdered, sparking a hunt for her killer. But in a town where everyone hides a secret, will they find the monster among them?“
