The first expansion for Diablo III, Reaper of Souls, will introduce a new class, the Crusader, and a bevy of new enemies, quests and environments. I had some worries that it wouldn’t come to consoles, but it looks like those worries may have been unfounded as Blizzard just confirmed they’re also bringing it to the PlayStation 4. They promise it will make full use of the console’s social features and DualShock 4’s touchpad. It’ll be playable at BlizzCon next month (Nov 8-9), if you plan on attending.
No word yet on whether or not this will also come to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, but I sure hope it will. I just got my Monk to level 50 — she’s a total badass — so I’d very much like to kick the Reaper’s undead hiney in this expansion.
