Jamie Lee Curtis Opens Personal ‘Halloween’ Collection For Charity!

In honor of the 35th anniversary of Halloween, Jamie Lee Curtis has partnered with global charity auction site Charitybuzz to auction off Michael Meyers masks from her personal collection! The scream queen has generously donated a replica of the mask from the original 1978 film, one of five in her private collection, with signatures from the surviving original cast members (pictured); John Carpenter, Nancy Loomis, Kyle Richards, and more; making this an incredibly rare item for any memorabilia collector!!

There is also a film-used mask from H2O: Halloween 20 Years Later up for grabs, featuring signatures from Michelle Williams, LL Cool J, Joseph Gordon Levitt, Josh Hartnett, and more.

Bidding on these items, valued at $10,000 each, is open now until October 31 at https://www.charitybuzz.com/halloween – proceeds from the auction will benefit Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

    that’s really great of Jamie Lee to do! i hope this raises a lot of money. regarding the mask in the pix above, is that from the original HALLOWEEN? i don’t remember the eyebrows being so bushy. lol.

    That is great but I like to make complaints, and I have 3. 1) it’s unfortunate that the items are SO expensive that few true fans could afford them. 2) there aren’t enough items to bid on for enough true fans to have a realistic chance at getting something (and, thus, driving up the prices-good for the cause, not good for the fans). 3) (most importantly, to me) she couldn’t pick a better mask than that cheap, generic MM mask? If not one from one of the movies then at least one that LOOKS more like MM?

      macguffin, i agree w/ you. that mask is horrible. Jamie’s still awesome for doing this but yeah, i’d have no desire to own that bushy eyebrowed thing. lol.
