Eric Millikin, an experimental artist from Detroit, contacted us with a link to his latest project – a series of tasty portraits of monsters, each built out of Halloween candy. He calls this series “Totally Sweet.”
So far, this series includes everything from classic monsters like The Bride of Frankenstein to modern killers from slasher movies. He’s also been taking requests; one of his favorites has been Gort, the alien killer robot from the 1950s sci-fi classic, The Day the Earth Stood Still.
Click here for the full gallery of delicious art over at The Detroit Free Press. It’s awesome because you can zoom in and actually see what candy was used!
