DJ Earworm Releases “United State Of Pop 2013”

Electronic artist DJ Earworm has released the 2013 edition of his highly anticipated and lauded “United State Of Pop” series. Each year Earworm takes the year’s 25 top pop and RnB hits and mashes them up into one new track, finding common themes throughout the tracks to create a flow that avoids any sort of harsh transition. You can listen below as well as snag a free download.

Personally, I feel this is the best one since 2008’s “Viva La Pop”. “Blame It On The Pop” from 2009 was good but the past couple of years didn’t do much for me. If you’ve been following this series, which one is your favorite?

Wow, didn’t know about this series before, but it sounds interesting! First I thought this was connected with the two guys who melt every pop track into a long one, showing the basic accords that make literally any song sound the same – in a way it is similar to it, I guess.
