For those of you still watching, Fox has made a slight scheduling change in the comings and goings of its Monday dramas, and will now give rookie “Sleepy Hollow” a two-hour finale, reports Variety.

The net said Friday that “Sleepy Hollow,” which was originally scheduled for a one-hour finale on Jan. 20, will now get a two-hour sendoff on that night.

Kevin Bacon drama “The Following” is still getting a second-season premiere on Sunday, Jan. 19 but will now not start on its regular night of Monday until Jan. 27.

The moves allow Fox to make “Sleepy Hollow,” which has been one of the highest-rated new shows of the season in adults 18-49, more of an event. It also means that Fox can stretch out “The Following” one more week, meaning it will get to wrap in the May sweep.

As previously announced, “The Following” will be paired on Mondays with “Almost Human,” which has been leading into “Sleepy Hollow.”

I was surprised how much I liked Sleepy, I can’t stand Grimm.
Can’t wait for The Following to start up again.

i wasn’t expecting to like SH either. figured it was just another cop drama disguised with supernatural elements. glad to see too (so far) they haven’t modernized icabod with a ‘pretty woman’ make-over episode.

Indeed. Love his rants about badly written history lol. Also love that Abby is every bit his equal if not more. Loved the horsemans identity, it gave it real gravity and the show has a true cinematic feel to it. Have enjoyed season 1 immensely. Glad its a short order show, keeps it fresh and lean rather than tired and drawn out ala supernatural.

I think I stopped watching both these shows after three episodes…maybe a few more of The Following which wasn’t terrible but was just a bit boring to me…as far as Sleepy Hollow goes that show is terrible on all fronts….terrible acting and story especially.
