‘Dawn of the Planet of the Apes’ Comes A Week Early

Twentieth Century Fox has moved Dawn of the Planet of the Apes to July 11, 2014, a week earlier than originally slated.

In the prequel’s sequel, “A growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier. They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth’s dominant species.

Cloverfield‘s Matt Reeves directs with Andy Serkis, Keri Russell, Gary Oldman, Jason Clarke, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Judy Greer, and Jocko Sims starring.

I’m not crazy about this poster. Actually I’m not really crazy about this movie. I loved Rise and I love the series. I really hope the trailer changes my mind
