As you know, we sometimes go beyond the boundaries of horror to bring you news that is just so outrageous or so awesome we simply cannot let it slide. Such is the case with Kung Fury, an upcoming action-comedy written/directed by and starring David Sandberg. The film takes its roots from 80’s cop action films and then cranks the knob well past ’11’. The film features robots, dinosaurs, vikings, Norse gods, mutants, and that’s just the start.
The synopsis reads, “During an unfortunate series of events a friend of Kung Fury is assasinated by the most dangerous kung fu master criminal of all time; Adolf Hitler, a.k.a Kung Führer. Kung Fury decides to travel back in time, to Nazi Germany, in order to kill Hitler and end the Nazi empire once and for all.”
