Meet De La Tierra, The New Latin Metal Supergroup

Latin metal supergroup De La Tierra has released a 16+ minute video that gives listeners a chance to meet the band as well as hear samples of the group’s music. Their self-titled debut album will be released next Tuesday, January 14th via Roadrunner Records. Listening to the samples, it sounds like they’re bringing a really cool, somewhat unique approach to metal.

De La Tierra features Maná‘s Alex González, Sepultura‘s Andreas Kisser, Los Fabulosos Cadillacs‘ Sr. Flavio, and A.N.I.M.A.L.‘s Andrés Giménez.

Maná is a pretty shitty non-metal band and Los Fabulosos Cadillacs are good but they play ska, so i wouldn’t define it as a metal supergroup
