Twisted Music Video Of The Week Vol. 118: DyE “Fantasy”

Last night I was reminiscing with some friends about the past and the shenanigans that I used to get into. Hell, I’m already past my 10 year high school reunion, so there’s a lot to look back on and remember, alternating between laughing and cringing at how stupid I was. But sometimes you gotta do some stupid things in order to grow. However, I can safely say that my shenanigans never involved me getting turned into some horrific demon monster and attacking my friends to turn them into something equally as gruesome. Wait, what?

Yeah. That’s what this week’s Twisted Music Video Of The Week is bringing you readers. We’re presenting, for your viewing pleasure, the video for “Fantasy” from DyE (iTunes). Directed by Jérémie Périn, the video follows several high school students who break into their school pool after hours to drink a few beers, get their mack on, and ultimately turn into something that no prescribed cream could help with. Enjoy!

Oh I love this video, I’m glad you guys picked this one I do think people overreact to this video though it’s a weird video but if you watch peoples reactions on YouTube you will be like “really?” I dunno maybe it’s because I’m a horror fan but I loved the song before I saw the video and the video was great :)

god damn I love this song and video, I remember seeing this for the first time back in 2011 and loved every second of it. Seriously, every parent should show that video to their kids so that they don’t have to take care of another kid by accident lol

Awesome, awesome, awesome. This is one of my favourite videos for life. Gorgeous animation, great style, the monsters are amazing and the song is catchy as all hell, too. Just great. I hope I can produce work as strong as this someday.

This was really great. Would have been cool as just a nostalgia, ah…youth kind of thing… but instead it becomes a nightmarish Urotsukidoji homage and then ends with a Lovecraftian cosmic horror follow-through. Brilliant. ^_^

This video is a creation of nightmarish genius.

That was Fun! What else can be said?
