Post-rockers Slint, who disbanded in 1990 and have since had a few reunion shows, have announced a limited edition copy of their acclaimed sophomore album Spiderland, which is regarded as one of the first post-rock albums. Limited to 3183 hand-numbered copies, the editions feature the album on 180 gram vinyl, a remastered copy on CD, 14 bonus songs on a second CD (also featured on vinyl), a 90 minute DVD documentary on the band and the creation of this album, a t-shirt, and more. The price is $150 which may seem steep but you get a whole lot of bang for your buck. It will be shipped on April 15th.
