I wouldn’t necessarily call NaissanceE a horror game, so much as it’s a trippy puzzle-platformer that may have some horror elements sprinkled about its strange “atemporal world”. To celebrate its impending release, developer Limasse Five has released a surreal new trailer for the upcoming game that shows off its unusual aesthetic. It doesn’t reveal much story-wise, but the mystery of it only makes this more intriguing to me.
It’s Steam summary describes NaissanceE as “a philosophical trip and an artistic experience” set in a mysterious structure with the goal of making the player “appreciate the loneliness, the feeling to be lost in a gigantic unknown universe and to be marveled by the beauty of this world.” Get familiar with it after the jump.
NaissanceE is slated to release February 13th on Steam for $19.99.
