Capcom took their time with the first expansion for Dead Rising 3, going so far as to delay it a month for more development time. Unfortunately, even the additional month of polish couldn’t save Operation Broken Eagle from being largely mediocre. That approach seems to have been thrown out the window with the sudden release of the second expansion, which sneaked onto Xbox Live just three weeks after the last DLC.
I haven’t played it, so it could be great. We’ll let you know when our review goes live later this week.
If you’d like to extend your vacation in Los Perdidos a bit longer, you can grab each individual DLC $9.99, or you can get the two available expansions, as well as the two that are still on the way, with the $29.99 season pass.
