It’s been a while since I last had Lollipop Chainsaw on the mind. Suda 51’s quirky and colorful zombie chainsaw ’em up wasn’t as memorable as I would’ve liked, but it was still a funny and mostly enjoyable game that definitely deserves a sequel. We may be one step closer to seeing such a thing happen, now that the game has sold over a million copies. The news comes from developer Grasshopper Manufacture’s Twitter page, where it was followed by a celebratory “Woot Woot!”
If you haven’t played the game, I called it as sweet as it is sour in my review. As much as I enjoy the idea of another Lollipop Chainsaw, Shadows of the Damned deserves it more. How about you — w Suda 51 game would you like to see more of?
Get your celebration gear on! Lollipop Chainsaw has sold more than a million copies!!! Woot Woot!!
