This hasn’t been a great month for crowdfunded horror games. First, Cult County’s campaign closed well short of its (maybe a wee bit too hopeful) funding goal, and now the Indiegogo campaign for the extremely promising indie horror game Caffeine has also ended significantly short of its goal. $3,212 is nothing to scoff at, but it’s also not $80,000.
It sounds like it’s still very much in development, so that’s good news. I hope it still sees a release, because I certainly enjoyed my time with its proof-of-concept demo.
For more Caffeine, follow it on Steam Greenlight.
