The Biggest Horror Stories of 2015

Warner Bros./New Line Cinema

2015 was quite a year for horror fans. It was arguably one of the best years for horror movies (see Mr Disgusting’s top 10 list) in recent history, zombies have taken over TV, we lost some horror legends, and were teased with one of the most exciting horror games ever only to have it ripped away.

With all of the big stories and news, we thought it would be fun to look back and see what the most popular posts were from the past year. Read on to see what you might have missed and relive some of the biggest posts from 2015! NOTE: These are the most viewed posts by readers from 2015, and are in order of how many times they were read.

Everything about 2015 sucked about for Mad Max: Fury Road. Didn’t even get laid. Shit year!

Everything about 2015 sucked but for Fury Road. All horror movies were shit and I didn’t get laid. Roll on fucking New Year!

Don’t forgett the great Christopher Lee but i do agree that Roddy and Wes was the most shocking.

This year was a very heavy time. So much loss in so little time. And it was my first year in this site. Most of this news (including Wes Craven’s death) I read here. Really hope next year we can have better and happier news to discuss.

Nothing about the passing of Christopher Lee?

Seriously, how does one fuck that up?

    • I didn’t pick these, the list is based on which posts were viewed the most

So many of these aren’t even horror related. On a horror news site. This site has gone to shit.

I see the disclaimer was added. I guess the reader was supposed to know the huge title reading “The Biggest Horror Stories of 2015” was misleading?!

I know the order probably doesn’t mean anything but seriously, you put “Video game gets cancelled” higher than “Legendary horror director dies”… HOW?

    • They’re in order by how many times they were read

  • That list is LAME. Since when are Metallica and video games considered horror stories?? Then you leave out the death of a horror icon in Christopher Lee?!?! UNFORGIVABLE! Yup, I remember when I saw my first horror movie too…. <-)
