Syfy is Airing an ‘Elm Street’ vs ‘Friday the 13th’ Marathon on Friday the 13th

Spend Friday the 13th with Freddy… and Jason… and Freddy vs. Jason!

There are only two Friday the 13ths in 2017, and the first one is tomorrow – the other is in October, which is *supposedly* when the re-reboot of the Friday the 13th franchise is finally going to be unleashed. Of course, there’s no better way to spend any given Friday the 13th than by watching Jason Voorhees slay horny young camp counselors, but this year, Syfy is going in a different direction with their programming: they’re airing a Nightmare on Elm Street marathon.

Beginning at 10am, Syfy will be feeding us a steady stream of Freddy with A Nightmare on Elm Street, Dream Warriors, Dream Master, and Dream Child. What about Jason, you ask? Don’t worry, he’s coming along for the fun at 6pm with Jason Goes to Hell, followed by Jason X. The joint franchise marathon concludes, rather fittingly, with Freddy vs. Jason at 10pm.
