Fight For Freedom in the New ‘Wolfenstein II’ DLC

Thirsty for more Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus Nazi-killing? Bethesda has you covered, as today the company released via Twitter the roadmap for their new three-chapter DLC entitled The Freedom Chronicles.

Those who bought the Season Pass or the pre-order of the game received Episode Zero on November 7th, which gave players a taste of the three characters who are the subject of these DLC.

On December 14th, players will be able to download “The Adventures of Gunslinger Joe”, which has Joseph Stallion smashing Nazis from Chicago all the way into space. On January 30th, “The Diaries of Agent Silent Death” will be released, where Jessica Valiant will have to infiltrate Nazi bunkers in California to uncover the secrets of Operation San Andreas. The last chapter, “The Deeds of Captain Wilkins”, is due March 2018, and features Captain Gerald Wilkins in Nazi-controlled Alaska battling to stop Operation Black Sun.

Right now, you can purchase The Freedom Chronicles for $24.99 (US) for PlayStation 4, XBox One and PC. No word on if the DLC will be included with the upcoming Switch version of the game, which is still set for release in 2018.

Can’t video games now be like the good ole days where the entire game was released with no extra maps, characters, etc. Everything was just given to us at once. Geez, we already paid money for the game and I don’t want to pay more for something extra

I only pay for DLC if the game was great, has replay value, and if the DLC is worth getting. Wonder if the Nintendo Switch version will include all the DLC’s in the game without paying for them when the game is released. Doubtful.

For Mortal Kombat X, I bought the first few DLCs with Jason Voorhees and Predator but nothing after that. I haven’t bought any other DLCs for any other games. I love the Call of Duty, Doom, type of games but never bought their DLCs, cost is too much

Good thing we didn’t buy any of the Doom DLC’s. They are all free now.

Are they free? If so, then I’ll download them!
