The Punisher Up for a Role in ‘Oldboy’ Remake?
I’ve had little droplets of info e-mailed to me over the past week or so were people have been saying Thomas Jane (The Punisher) might have a major role- or even star in- the US remake of Oldboy (review). I disregarded the info until we discovered that Mr. Jane was at the Nuart theater in California this weekend checking out Tartan’s bad ass Korean vengeance flick, could he have been scouting out his role? Hmmmmm… Universal Films’ Oldboy remake is being directed by Justin Lin (Better Luck Tomorrow).
