“Sin-jin Smyth represents the kind of damage we like to do! This is what makin’ an impact is all about!”

THE PIT has received advanced word that REGGIE BANNISTER (Phantasm, Bubba Ho-tep) is in talks to join the cast of SIN-JIN SMYTH. Although there is no word on what role Reggie will take on, The Pit has learned that studio based SNAP KICK PRODUCTIONS INC. has made a move towards an agreement with Bannister who, is a fitting choice to join the platoon of ‘bullet proof players’ -as director Dettenmaier likes to refer to his cast- mobilizing for the film…

Although most of the story is TOP SECRET, a source close to both camps did say that “This script (SIN-JIN SMYTH) represents the kind of damage we like to do! This is what makin’ an impact is all about! Bannister is perfect to line up and charge it with those guys cause he’s made out of steel, just like the rest of ‘em!”

Although Dettenmaier couldn’t be reached for comment it is well known that he has a high respect for Bannister and his work. With Bannister on board, along with Richard Tyson (Black Hawk Down, Kindergarten Cop, Something About Mary), Jason Hildebrandt (Black Hawk Down), Lee Ving (Decline of Western Civilization, Clue, Black Moon Rising) and Jacqueline Moore (of the WWE) plus the rumor of Jonathan Davis of KORN this is shaping up to be on hell of a cast!
