Sweet Short Indie Zombie Film Online!
We don’t link up tons of independent films, mainly because there are thousands of them- but some are just so flippin cool that I love sharing em. Today we received a link to watch a short film entitled Texas Fortune, which won the Grand Prize at the 2005 DVXFest. They writes, “Although neither of us had much compulsion to film a zombie movie, this story was an interesting challenge. The result is more Southwest-Gothic comedy than horror, one which we had a tremendous amount of fun creating. Our most heartfelt thanks go to cast members Gregory Lee Kenyon, Earl Carroll, and Henry Kemp for putting up with severe desert temperatures, heavy makeup, and for giving up their Labor Day weekend to get this done quickly and efficiently.” Click the link for the movie!
