Live Near Hollywood? Then See ‘Marebito’ for Free!!!
Here’s some sweet info on an upcoming sneak preview screening of Takashi Shimizu’s creepy Marebito (review), which hits limited theaters on December 9th. A FREE screening will be taking place at Cinespace, home of ‘Tartan Asia Extreme Night’. This is a FREE screening for anyone to attend, RSVPs recommended. This will not be a dinner and a movie evening, ust a showing of the film. Marebito opens in theaters December 9th in NY and LA and expands nationally soon theratfer. Check the official website for all film details. A fear-obsessed freelance cameraman (Shinya Tsukamoto) investigates an urban legend involving mysterious spirits that haunt the subways of Tokyo. Takashi Shimizu shot the film in just eight days, between the production dates for Ju-on: The Grudge and its remake, The Grudge.
