During the Vietnam War, a South Korean army base begins receiving radio transmissions from a patrol that went MIA in the desolate stretch of land known as R-Point six months earlier. A shell-shocked commanding officer (Gam Woo-sung) and a ragtag military unit are sent into the murky, enemy-infested swamp to gather clues to the whereabouts of the missing soldiers. Upon their arrival, they find an abandoned building surrounded by the graves of those who entered R-Point before them … and a warning that reads, “No Return.”

Korean, with English and Spanish subtitles, R-Point is presented in anamorphic widescreen, Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound and DTS Surround Sound 5.1. Special DVD features include director’s commentary; a history of R-Point; behind-the-scenes: special effects; production design featurette; original theatrical trailer; and trailers of Tartan Asia Extreme’s upcoming releases.

Rebuilt after a devastating war, the world of 2080 has given rise to advanced technologies including the creation of cyborgs. Created with artificial intelligence (AI), human-like emotions and great strength, they serve mankind for their entire short lifespan. When the cyborgs revolt, Noma (Yoon Chan) and R (Yoo Ji-tae, Oldboy, Antarctic Journal, Lady Vengeance) lead an elite military squad ordered to eliminate the rebellion. Unbeknownst to anyone, R is harvesting AI chips from dead cyborgs in order to save his dying lover, Ria (Seo Rin), a cyborg just days away from shutting down. Intent on stopping R, however, is his compatriot, Agent A, who knows something more may be amiss.

Korean, with English and Spanish subtitles, Natural City is presented in anamorphic widescreen, Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound and DTS Surround Sound 5.1. Special DVD features include the story of Natural City; deleted scenes; cast interviews; original theatrical trailer; and trailers of Tartan Asia Extreme’s upcoming releases.
