‘Zodiac’ Gets Limited March, ‘Pan’s Labyrinth’ Gets Summer

It was announced today that Warner Bros. Pictures and Guillermo del Toro’s Pan’s Labyrinth will hit theaters on August 25th, 2006 here in the States. In this fairy tale, a small family in Spain moves into an old house in 1943 after the rise of Fascism. Their eldest daughter, at age 12, falls in love with a fawn that lives in the old ruined labyrinth which resides behind their new decrepit home. In addition, THINKfilm will be giving their film, The Zodiac a limited theatrical release on March 17th. Based on the terrifying true story, the film chronicles the desperate hunt for one of America’s most notorious serial killers, as seen through the eyes of a police detective (Chambers) and his son (Culkin) who become obsessed with the murders and endanger their family in the process.
