Tim Sullivan Gives Major ‘2002 Maniacs’ Casting News!

A whole bunch of new casting came in this weekend from the Fango con in San Jose California. Our on site scoopers tell us about some major casting news that Writer/Director announced for his highly anticipated 2002 Maniacs: Beverly Hellbillies, which currently stars Courtney Peldon, Ashley Peldon, Adam Robitel, Christa Campbell, Ryan Fleming, Jay Gillespie, Dylan Edrington and Amy Baniecki. In the film it’s the maniacs from the first movie taking Pleasant Valley on the road to somewhere in California. The lunatics are heading west in search of gold and gore.
It was revealed to Bloody-Disgusting, among tons of fans, that Tony Todd (Candyman) and Bill Moseley (Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, The Devil’s Rejects) will star in the film.

It was also revealed that Robert Englund will be returning to the film, which begins shooting later this year.

In the first film travelers who take a wrong turn wind up becoming the planned main course for the hungry residents of a strange little town.
