Lucio Fulci is one of the fathers of gore. The Beyond has great gore scenes, and this is no exception. Seeing the eye splinter seen in pure bliss.

When a woman’s father is missing, she gets the help of a reporter to go search an island where people say the devil vacations.

Several exploding heads, bitten arms. This is a classic zombie movie, not as good as Dawn of the Dead, but still it’s Fulci you have to give him credit.
