As the 5th, and subsequently, final issue of the first act of BOOM’s ’28 DAYS LATER’ came to a close I found myself wondering: how dumb would you have to be to take a flight into zombie infested England with nothing but a camera and your shell-shocked buddy in tow? New comics this week and it’s very very slim. But if I could suggest one comic it would be Wildstorm’s Victorian Undead #1. The internet has been abuzz about it, I just picked up my copy and ready to read it up. Full list after the break, what are you getting?
I really didn’t think there was anything good coming out this week, I was wrong. Some titles to look out for are: 28 Days Later #2, Marvel Zombies Return #3, and the new Ghostbusters comic: Displaced Aggression. Full list after the break.
While it’s a pretty small list of horror comics this week, it’s a pretty good list. The good “sequel” to 28 Days Later comes out, Predator #2, and the trade paperback of the highly sought after Killer of Demons. Also the comic adaptation of Jennifer’s Body is out, which will be the only way I ever associate with that film…sorry Megan Fox, I don’t like you. Full list after the break…What are you getting?
The great people over at Boom Comics sent me the first issue of 28 Days Later this weekend. I wasn’t sure what to expect since I thought the movie ended in a nice little package, but it did leave some opportunities for a sequel…but is it worth your $3.99. Check my review after the break.
