Yesterday we premiered various covers from Dark Horse’ horror lineup. Now we are pleased to present you with an exclusive first look at the epic Criminal Macabre / 30 Days Of Night Crossover event “Final Night”. Daylight Shines On The Poster And Teaser For ‘Rage: Midsummer’s Eve’!

RageLandscape12612 Daylight Shines On The Poster And Teaser For Rage: Midsummers Eve!

La Brea Pictures is wrapping up post production on its first feature film, Tii Ricks’ slasher homage Rage: Midsummer’s Eve. Tii Ricks’ new horror movie, which is set in the Finnish Artic Circle, during a time of year when the sun never sets. Kind of like a reverse 30 Days of Night.

‘Rage’ is a film honoring all the great horror features I have seen in my childhood: ‘Halloween,’ ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre’ and ‘Friday The 13th’ are all films that I have grown up with and which I secretly watched way before I was supposed to see them. This film is a tribute to all of those films.“, said Ricks.

Welcome back to COMICS TO FEAST ON! As we venture further into the fall season it means two things. First, the conclusion to major events like, Fear Itself. Second, and perhaps more pertinent, is the approach of All Hallows Eve. Be on the look out for these horror stories, many of the indie books look to be quite the fright fest.

With the ever-increasing number of books coming out between the tie-ins, the
crossovers, and the new series, we’ve got to limit our list of comics for the week somehow. Rather than cramming so many previews down your throat that you barely breathe, I’m going to give you my ten most anticipated books of the week. So feast your eyes on these! Whether you’ve been into comics since you were a young’un, or you’re new to the game, I’m here to help you decide which books to read. Read on for the skinny…
