We truly have been waiting for what seems like forever for some Dead Island gameplay, well, today is the day! Below you can find an exclusive video from one of my personal favorite sites GAMETRAILERS, 12 minutes long and full of gameplay and some explanation behind a lot of it. Check out the awesome below.

It’s been 2 months now since we saw the Dead Island trailer that changed most of our lives. As we felt for a family we never saw before, and don’t even know their names. Though the trailer below does not compare to the 1st groundbreaking trailer, it still gives me an unsettling feeling in my gut. Check it out.

As you can see at the end of the video, E3 will bring us another new trailer. Hopefully, gameplay. Dead Island is looking at an August 1st release date on the PC, Playstation 3, and XBox 360. READ MORE

Those lucky enough to be at GDC this year got a chance to see Dead Island in action. If you head HERE you can check out G4TV’s in depth preview of Dead Island, and you can get a good idea if the game is living up to the hype.

That game looks like it’s going to be Fallout meets Borderland, meets Left 4 Dead. That is an excellent trifecta if I do say so myself. One thing G4 mentions is that guns will be found where you would actually find them instead of being placed magically around the island. READ MORE

I’d like to personally thank Dead Island, Techland, Deep Silver, yadda yadda, for getting us so many news articles this month, and so many more hits. So we all know how fucking incredible the Dead Island trailer is right? Well if you still don’t know by now, god damn shame on you watch it below. The stats on this trailer and the game are unreal. Techland better deliver or they are never going to hear the end of it.

Over 3.2 MILLION tweets about the game. Celebrities are tweeting, huge gaming industry names, EVERYONE. It’s almost unanimous that this is one of the best trailers of all time for anything ever. From movies to tv to video games, this thing cannot be stopped. Head past the break to see exactly how unstoppable this game is.

The trailer for Dead Island is changing lives. I mean, lets be honest here. The video on youtube has gotten 2.5 million views already, and that isn’t counting the countless times it has been viewed on hundreds of other websites. So, what’s the story behind the video?
