Blood: A Butchers Tale, embodies the harrowing story of Sam, a simple yet effective butcher. He has mastered the art of slaughter and is considered a master craftsman at the meat processing plant where he works. Sam is destined to follow the path of innate brutality, when he discovers the true reason why Darcy, the love of his life, is becoming emotionally disassociated.

Out of desperation he follows her to a destination that will change the course for history forever. Sam is voyeur to a sensual encounter, between Darcy and a charismatic Casanova, with a fetish for finger foods. As he investigates further, Sam discovers what seems to be the final generation of existing vampires. In a painful attempt to reform his bloodlust, infatuated fiancé, he experiences a long due epiphany, vampirism is a disease and he is the cure.

Sam’s universe now spirals to a series of surreal episodes as he tracks down and disposes of the few remaining vampires. Finally he tracks down and prepares to dispatch the sole remaining survivor, Lily.

In contrast, she is quite different from her blood consuming siblings, she yeans to be normal and exist in harmony with the rest of humanity. Helplessly, Sam falls in love Lily and learns to respect her desire to be human. Sam readjusts to his life, with his new found partner, and learns to live with the differences between the two races.

However Lily reveals an ulterior motive, Sam’s actions have initiated a foretold prophesy, which begins a new evolutionary resurgence of the nearly destroyed race. Sam must now decide weather he will repopulate the planet with the exact race he set out to destroy.

In this hyper-realistic nightmare world of butchers and vampires, the story unravels its narrative thread through gothic set pieces and ever shifting environments, which represent Sam’s emotional and physiological distress.

Uwe Boll’s Seed is a pathetic, mean-spirited horror movie that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Somehow, some way, Boll is bringing us a sequel.

There are no plot details available for Seed 2: The New Breed, but we learned the film will star Caroline Williams, Christa Campbell, Nick Prinzipè, Jared Demetri Luciano, Manoush, Natalie Scheetz, Annika Strauss and Sarah Hayden.

In the first film from 2007, “After a seemingly undead man is bound and buried alive, he digs himself back to the surface and seeks bloody vengeance on those who caused him his suffering.”

The first trailer from Bind, producer Dan Walton’s (Gutterballs, Hanger) directorial debut that filmed in Vancouver, has just hit. It’s more of a teaser setting up the mood actually, but it does the job.

Edward Furlong (Terminator 2, Night of the Demons), Emmanuelle Vaugier (Mirrors 2, Saw IV), Ryan Merriman (Rings, The Ring Two, Final Destination 3), Daniel Cudmore (The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, New Moon), Chelan Simmons (Tucker & Dale vs Evil ), Kevin Gage (Laid to Rest), PJ Soles (Halloween, Carrie) and Christa Campbell (2001 Maniacs) all star.

In the film, “A family move into an abandoned orphanage and they soon learn that their charming orphanage has a disturbing history and is convinced they aren’t alone.”

Millenium/Nu Image’s Spiders 3D was released on select screens on February 8, 2013 in 3D. Now we’re hearing that the film will hit DVD, Blu-ray and regular VOD on March 12th, at which point it will just be called Spiders.

In the film, “following the crash of a derelict Soviet space station into a Manhattan subway tunnel, a new species of spider is discovered in the wreckage. But when the spiders mutate to gigantic proportions, an average NYC subway worker (Patrick Muldoon) is forced to step up in order to save his family and all of New York from the destructive giant spiders wreaking havoc throughout the city.”

‘Spiders 3D’ Crawls Into Theaters Next Month!

Millenium/Nu Image’s Spiders 3D will be released on select screens on February 8, 2013 in 3D. The theatrical cut will be rated PG-13 with a running time of 89 minutes. The film will also be released the same day via VOD platforms

The story centers on a man (Cage) driven by rage who is chasing the people who killed his daughter and kidnapped her baby. The vendetta/rescue spins out of control as the chase gets bloodier by the mile, leaving bodies strewn along the highway.

In this newest action horror shot in 3D, a vengeful father (Nicolas Cage) hunts down the people who brutally killed his daughter and kidnapped her baby. As the chase gets bloodier by the mile, his rescue spins out of control, leaving bodies strewn along the highway. Amber Heard (Pineapple Express), Billy Burke (The Twilight Saga), William Fichtner (The Dark Knight) and David Morse (Disturbia) also star. Patrick Lussier directs from the original screenplay he co-wrote with Todd Farmer who previously collaborated with him on My Bloody Valentine 3D.

Nick Cannon, Mena Suvari and Ving Rhames star in this horror film based on the George A. Romero classic zombie film. A mysterious virus has infected the small town of Leadville, Colorado, and the military is brought in to enforce a quarantine and stop the spread of the disease. As people perish, survivors realize that the virus is creating the walking dead who crave human flesh. Only a small number of people are immune to the virus, and those few survivors must battle to fend off the infected zombies while trying to make it out of town alive.
