As you can see, the Kotobukiya produced statue is none other than the Caped Crusader himself, in one of his many brooding hero poses, and the aforementioned DLC includes the Lounge Challenge Map and Batman: The Dark Knight Returns skin. The animated content is a bonus DC Universe animated original movie titled Batman: Gotham Knight, and the soundtrack includes several original songs. The collector’s edition will also bring with it four collectible cards. This hasn’t been confirmed yet but if recent listings at GameStop and News via Best Buy are true then Arkham City’s collector’s edition sounds insanely cool. According to the retailers, the special edition will charge $99.99, and while that might sound a little steep it does come with some very cool things. Like most other collector’s editions this one will bring with it an art book, and it will also include exclusive early access to DLC, Gotham Knight animated content, and a premium statue produced by Kotobukiya.

I have two Dark Souls related things for you tonight. The first is a glimpse at the game’s Limited Edition, which as you can see below, includes an art book, snazzy case, behind the scenes featurettes, and a guide book. That last one might prove the most useful knowing how difficult the game is going to be (even more so than the very unforgiving Demon’s Souls). The second thing I have is a chance to get your name in the game’s credits.

To manage this you’ll have to show off your artistic capabilities and design up to three shields using the templates they provide on their Facebook contest page. While you’re there you should become a fan of the Dark Souls Facebook page and if you can get all this done by July 13th you’ll have a chance at getting immortalized in the credits. READ MORE
